Can I explore READY without an account?
Yes. You can browse pathways, explore free training, and read about READYScore without signing in.
Where should I begin?
Start with Pathways if you are exploring a role. Visit Free Training if you already have a topic in mind. How READY works explains how the pieces fit together.
Account & sign-in
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Use the email address associated with your account. If you have forgotten your password, open password recovery. If that does not resolve the issue, email [email protected] with a description of what happens. Do not send your password or verification code.
Where do I verify my email address?
Use the verification link sent to your account email, or open the email confirmation page for guidance. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the message.
Can I create a free account?
A free account is required to start learning. Existing members can sign in.
Free training
What is the difference between a course and a capability guide?
A course includes structured lessons. A capability guide explains a topic and gives you a starting point for practice. The training page identifies the available formats so you can choose what suits your goal.
Does completing training certify my readiness?
No. Learning is preparation. Completing a lesson or course does not automatically award certification or increase a READYScore. Evidence and certification are separate from training completion.
READYScore
What does a Provisional READYScore mean?
A Provisional READYScore is a starting indication, not a certification of demonstrated readiness. The READYScore explanation describes the distinction and how evidence relates to readiness.
Can I submit evidence for certification now?
Governed evidence review, peer review, and certification are part of READY’s planned Open Certification for Work. Those workflows are not available yet. Read about the Open Certification model.

The pricing page explains Free and Membership and shows monthly and annual pricing. Paying for a plan does not purchase a READYScore or certification.
