About this course
Build project management foundations by looking at a project as a connected delivery system. This independent READY course is for project coordinators, project-support professionals and career changers who want to connect familiar terms to practical decisions. You will examine how a need becomes an intended outcome, how scope turns into work, and how stakeholders, uncertainty and feedback influence delivery.
The available first lesson uses a fictional community organization planning a room-booking service. You will work through incomplete requirements, limited funding and different user needs, then create a delivery-system map showing decisions, dependencies and assumptions. A self-review checklist helps you distinguish a useful explanation from a disconnected task list.
The wider curriculum introduces predictive, adaptive and hybrid approaches, requirements, planning, communication and business analysis. These are learning directions, not a claim that every lesson is already available. READY's preparation complements your own study; PMI remains the authority for CAPM certification, eligibility and examination requirements.
