Free Training · READY
Practise project leadership with free PMP-relevant training from READY. Work through stakeholder decisions, delivery risk and an original release scenario.
About this course
Strengthen project leadership judgment through situations that involve uncertainty, competing expectations and real consequences. This independent READY course is aimed at people who already coordinate or lead project work and want to explain their decisions more clearly. It connects leadership, stakeholder participation, delivery choices and business outcomes without treating a process checklist as the answer to every problem.
The available first lesson puts you two weeks before a release with an untested integration risk and a sponsor preparing an executive update. You will separate facts from unknowns, identify the people who need to participate and recommend a proportionate next action. The output is a decision record that explains your reasoning, communication approach and escalation threshold.
The curriculum provides a broader map of team leadership, governance, planning, quality and adoption. The first lesson is the current taught starting point. This is applied practice rather than an official PMP exam-preparation program. Learners considering certification should use PMI's current information to assess requirements; a job title or simulated exercise does not establish eligibility.
